Your email address used to contact you online is used solely for use between you (buyer) and wetegg.com to respond to any inquiries regarding orders or products and to comply with any requirements of law i.e.: verification for suspected fraudulent activities. Actual shipping address is collected for shipping purposes and is used between wetegg.com and the selected carrier only. Billing information is collected after you place your order for interoffice use only. Your billing information may only be disclosed to the issuing bank for verification purposes.

- What forms of payment do you accept?
In order to keep costs low Wetegg uses PayPal for all payment processing. When paying with PayPal we are able to accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, or you can withdraw funds from your bank account. In addition if you have a PayPal balance you can pay with that too. A PayPal account is not required in order to complete a purchase.

- Out of stock items or discontinued items & backorders.
If an item has become out of stock or discontinued after you have placed an order a full refund will be provided. If the item is on backorder we normally allow 2-3 buisness days for the item to become in stock. If after the period the item still has not become availible we will contact you and inform you were you can either cancel the order or opt to wait until the item becomes availible.
