Shipping Time & Back Ordered Items:
If an item is on backorder we normally allow 2-3 buisness days for the item to become in stock. If after the period the item still has not become availible we will contact you by e-mail and inform you were you can either cancel the order or opt to wait until the item becomes availible. You will be given the option to cancel/void only that back ordered item from your total order. If you wish to cancel/void the item from your order your will receive a refund of the product price. You will not receive a refund on shipping charges and sales tax unless that item is the only item ordered. 90% of our orders are delivered in 3-7 business days. Wetegg's business days are Monday through Friday. Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays are not considered business days.

Shipping/Handling:
All orders will be shipped via U.S. Mail, Fed Ex, or UPS depending on the manufacturer of the items that you have ordered. All sale items and other items noted will only be shipped out by USPS shipping. Please note that Wetegg.com gets supplies from several manufactures, so you may not receive all items at the same time or in the same package.Orders are processed within 24 hours & Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. If one of the products in your order is on back order or sold out you will be notified by email. You will not be charged additional shipping for these items. If item is sold out you will receive a refund of your full purchase price including shipping. We only process and ship orders Mon-Fri and excluding any national holiday.
